This Australian looks like your girl-next-door until she her voicebox begins to release hypnotizing and soothing sounds. She came out with a project last year but right now we are talking about “Stallin”, a song about letting go of her boyfriend.

I just heard this Australian singer/songwriter via our StackorStarve Instagram while doing some social promotions. At Female Flow we give everyone a chance (a listen) which is one of the codes we work by. You just never know who you will find while exploring online. From the looks of her online presence she is just getting started with her music but her single, “Love & Psycho” which is available for download on iTunes is a pop track about mixing her relationship. Love can make you a little crazy, right? Mel Smith has been writing since she was as young as 11 years old as well as tackling some covers and we look forward to hearing her original material.
