As she claims “Jamla for Life” I can’t help but feel completely happy for this artist to have found a home that allows her to be great. Music these days seems to be somewhat forced or rushed even half-assed but we have yet to find something from 9th Wonder’s name on it that is any of the aforementioned. We love Rapsody as may have read before here on FemaleFlow but if we didn’t convince you the first time shame on you. Fortunately you have another chance…. so SHOOT!

From the album, “The Idea of Beautiful” is a new single turned video titled In The Town by Rapsody featuring Nomsa Mazwai. It’s a song about a woman who struggles with finding herself in a world of sex, drugs and pressure. Rapsody is an amazing artist and her home at Jamla Records has served her well and done her right. The production is top notch, the videos match the art and the lyrics are real even penetrating.
We love her and this fresh off the tube is another ‘idea of beautiful’ even if it comes from a painful side of life that many of us women fall into. We at Female Flow salute you Queen for representing us in such a classy and talented way.
