She claims Electronic, Soul & Pop as her genres and stated she was influenced by the likes of Patti Labelle, Radiohead, Portishead, Cocteau Twins, Peter Gabriel, Sting, Sade, Bjork, Duran Duran, Prince, and Hugh Masekela.
