The latest video titled “One’s Company” from Akua was directed by Kofi Carson & Akua Carson while Production Management was by Elias Morales. It’s eeriness isn’t coming from the lyrics but more from the imagery taking place in a morgue lab, chapel and graveyard but points for originality and fluidity. Akua, out of Montreal, has an amazing voice and is definitely carving her own lane. “Remote Soul” is how she describes her music and u must also listen to “Monsters” to understand.
