We have found yet another NJ emcee who is doing her thing. Her style is mellow, her flow is melodic and in this new video she shares her struggle with us. In her video caption she states something along the lines of “even though I have my personal problems there is much bigger things going on in the world” and she sends prayers out to those in Oklahoma that have lost everything. Female Flow Music announces @TheGirlTreL will be performing at #SalutetheQueensII June 14th

If you have ever been to an open mic or showcase the tri-state area we bet money you have heard Tre-L perform… she is out of NJ and is NOT shy when it comes to stepping up to the mic. She will join the female crew of indie artists performing for Salute the Queens III on June 14th and we are glad to have her. She states she is not a femcee but an emcee that is a female and has a passion for the hiphop genre. It was not until she was in college that she began taking her music more seriously and started writing rhymes more at the age of 20. Listen to her and make sure you mark your calendars to see her perform!

Fraz (pronounced phrase) is out of East Orange, NJ and she recently dropped “Zone” last month which is her second mixtape project. She asks the fans to sit back, buckle up and get ready for a natural high.  It includes some features and intermissions as she takes us on a journey through a typical day in her life. She compares herself to the likes of Kаnyе Wеst, Kid Cudi, Janelle Monáe and Tupac. Salute the Queens II started a little slow but by the time the ladies hit the stage the people who came out to see them were front and center, ready to rock! We had a ball and there was not one moment of disappointment as they each came with grace and style! The ladies looked hot and sounded great… even with a little technically difficulties we made up for it in pics, networking and music!
