She hails from St. Louis and has the stamp of approval from Veteran Lil Kim. Last year she started to make some noise so I can only imagine what is in store for her in 2013. She has already released “Jelly Bean” which has gotten mixed reviews and here we are with yet another… Tiffany Foxx is pushing full steam ahead!
